These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the Officine F.lli CRUDELE srl website and apply to both private customers and resellers.

Officine F.lli CRUDELE srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from:

• Users with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute
• Users who have previously violated these General Conditions of Sale
• Users who have provided false, incomplete or inaccurate identification data
• Users who have placed orders that could compromise normal commercial operations

2.3 Refund in Case of Refusal

In the event of an order being rejected, Officine F.lli CRUDELE srl will refund the full amount paid, if already paid, within the timeframe established by law.

4. Shipping and Deliveries

4.2 Shipping Costs for Resellers

• Italy: €15 (taxable)
  • Free shipping on orders over €200
• Germany: €17 (taxable)

• Italy: 24/48 hours
• Germany: 48/72 hours
• Other EU countries: 48/72 hours
• Rest of the world: About 1 week

4.4 Tracking

• A tracking code is provided for each shipment.
• The tracking number will be sent via email after the order has been shipped.

5. Reseller Policies

5.1 Reserved Area

• Resellers have access to a reserved area of the site
• Special customized prices based on commercial agreements
• Ability to view dedicated price lists and place wholesale orders

• In case of damaged or non-functioning product at the time of delivery, Officine F.lli CRUDELE srl will cover the collection costs.
• The return must be made within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal.

7.3 Return Procedures for Resellers

• The same policy applies to private customers
• For replacements of defective items, the replacement may be included in the next order shipment.

8. Warranty

8.1 Duration and Coverage

• All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not due to normal wear and tear.
• You must present the purchase document to benefit from the warranty.

8.2 Warranty Procedure

• The customer must ship the defective product at his own expense
• After verification of the defect by Officine F.lli CRUDELE srl:
  • If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will proceed with the replacement or issue a voucher for the same amount.
  • If the defect is due to misuse or normal wear and tear, the product will be returned to the customer
