Our pulleys, made entirely by CNC, in the best aluminum alloy available on the market, are developed to maximize performance and durability.
The 7075 T6 aerospace aluminum body is machined from solid using the most advanced mechanical precision techniques and after careful evaluation and a series of computer simulations using the best mechanical analysis software, our team has decided to make a series of significant upgrades:

- The brand new strictly narrow-wide toothing, with alternating height, significantly improves synchronisation with the chain.
- Oversized double-shielded bearings made in Japan, guarantee maximum reliability and precision.
- Differentiated side caps in 7075 T6 aluminum, ensuring greater protection against external agents.
All this gives remarkable precision and smoothness to the chain and consequently to the gear change.
Our pulleys are designed with careful attention to improving efficiency and durability even in the most extreme conditions, greatly reducing the accumulation of mud, weeds, or debris, ensuring smoother transmission and consistent performance even on the most difficult terrain.
All our products undergo a surface chemical treatment that increases their resistance to wear and weather, ensuring a longer lifespan.
