best available tachnologies, working with passion and using our best materials,

ALUMINIUM:
All our components made of aluminium, use the best alloy on
the market: 7075-T6, usually called Ergal.
The use of this alloy, help us to obtain such a relationship
between performances, weight and beauty, unreacheable by any other material.
Sure enough, Ergal is known for being the lightest aluminium alloy and, at the
same time, is the most impact, stress, weight and twisting resistant.
These extraordinary characteristics, together with the most
advanced design and productive technologies, help us to constantly create
products that are a reference point for anyone desire the best.
TITANIUM:
It is not simple to handle and use a material like titanium,
but this is essential if you want create particularly light and extremely
resistant components.
Aerospace
alloy Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5) is the basis of the patented tightening system of our
pivots and our clamp screws. We choose titanium to give you components that
don’t feel the effects of maintenance operations. It’s very easy to screw and
unscrew pivots and clamp, every time you need!
DELRIN:
Delrin covers the distance between metals and ordinary
plastic materials thanks to a unique combination of rigidity and resistance to
traction, resistance to repeated impacts, resistance to creep and stress, to
solvents, to fuels and to moisture. An excellent resistance to abrasion,
friction coefficient, elastic behaviour and dimensional stability.
